Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me recover my Kobo Touch N905C.
The problem: The device's fonts became corrupted (all text displayed as empty rectangles) and I tried to perform a factory reset. Now the device is stuck on the "Restoring" screen and won't boot.
What I've already done:

Removed the internal microSD card and made a full backup image (1.8GB) using HDD Raw Copy Tool
Inspected the partitions on Linux (Ubuntu Live USB)
Confirmed the rootfs (256MB EXT4) partition is empty — only contains lost+found
The recoveryfs (256MB EXT4) partition is intact, with a populated /upgrade folder containing fs.tgz, db.tgz and the ntx508 bootloader files
Tried to extract /upgrade/fs.tgz from recoveryfs into rootfs using tar -xvzf, but the extraction failed midway with the error: gzip: invalid compressed data--format violated
Confirmed the corruption with gunzip -t — the fs.tgz file itself is damaged

So the system can't self-restore because the recovery archive is corrupted.
My device:

FCC ID: NOIKBN905C
Model: N905C
Serial number: not legible on the back of the device

Could anyone with a working Kobo Touch N905C kindly share a "virgin" SD card image (or just an intact fs.tgz file from the recoveryfs/upgrade folder) via PM? I would be deeply grateful.
I have my own backup image safe in case I need to revert.

Thank you very much for the image, I really appreciate your help.

I was able to restore the device and it now boots correctly.

However, I am experiencing an issue with the touchscreen — it is not responding at all. The display works fine, but touch input does not register.

I suspect this might be due to a hardware variation or a mismatch with the image.

Would you happen to have another image specifically confirmed for the Kobo Glo N613 ?
