Hello David (DNSB),

I'm currently trying to recover two Kobo devices:

Kobo N249 Clara HD (stuck on boot after a firmware update)
Kobo Libra 2 (2021 generation, white, Europe) — also having issues, likely related to internal storage

For the Clara HD, I followed your guide: attempted a factory reset, backed up the FAT32 partition, and tried to create an image from the internal µSD card, but the process failed — suggesting the card may be corrupted.

For the Libra 2, the internal SD card is a 32GB SanDisk (code: 2196ZX4JN2E6). I can provide photos of the SD card (front/back) and the motherboard if needed to identify the correct image.

Would it be possible to share the appropriate images for these devices?

Thank you very much for your time and for maintaining these resources for the community — it's greatly appreciated.

One more question: can it only support 8GB micro-sd or can it also be 16GB?
