I currently have three works in progress, two are full length novels and the third is a novel length short story collection. I often write three or more works at one time. It seems that as I get older, I sometimes develop a little mental spark knock and get writers block while working on a novel. Having more than one WIP seems to allow me to pull myself out of the rut.

The current WIP books are titled, The Intergalactic Peddler - Volume IV, The Marriage that Survives, and The Dream Watchers Collection. All three are currently around 50,000 words and they should be completely written by mid 2011. Then comes the editing and proofreading. I am one of the writers that often leaves a word completely out of a sentence as I write. I can read the sentence a dozen times and not discover the missed word.

I wish all of you the best as you persevere with your current WIP.

Doing the final edit on my next Frank Renzi thriller, DIVA, in which a creepy stalker tries to woo a young female flutist. Hope to finish by end of March.

Also at work on my other passion, short bios of female musicians that I post on my website. Lil Hardin [Armstrong] is currently featured. I'm working on two clarinetists: Dixie Fasnacht, age 100, still live and kicking in New Orleans! And Anat Cohen, up-and-coming Israeli-born jazz clarinet star. Hope to finish it by end of January.

At the rate it's snowing in Boston I might, since I refuse to drive in blizzards.

Working on a sequel to my short story Aphelion's Demise. About half finished with it. As soon as I come up with a title I am going to put it on my blog before I put it up on smashwords. Probably take a couple of posts to get it all. It's about 4500 words so far.

Working on my 2nd book in the Drake Eldorado series - Agenda. I am a tad behind schedule but it is being edited and making good headway.

I'm working on a mystery novel that takes place in Yellowstone National Park. This is a bit of a departure from what I've written in the past, but it's been a fun learning experience.

In an attempt to get into writing, I'm fleshing out the idea for a short story called "Harry's Big Adventure".

It's really meant as an exercise for me to see if I can write well about a fairly simple topic.

Working on a couple short stories right now. The one I've done the most with is "Learning To Crawl", which is a short story from the early years of Dave Riggler, a handicapped person. It's up on Wikinut right now, but I didn't post a link because I didn't know if that was spamming.

I'm working on a Sci-Fi Dystopia screenplay based on a short story I wrote some time ago. The new version is called Jimmyland, and it's about a group of settlers who find themselves abandoned and marooned on the distant planet they were dispatched to. They were a team sent to establish a colony in advance of a larger settlement which never arrived. There are some elements of Three Stigmata and The Man Who Fell To Earth (not to mention Frog and Toad are Friends) and many surprises along the way.
