While that's certainly more and more the picture all over, ready-made drinks bought in canteens, cafés and such amount to far less in total than drinks consumed at home, which is why I assume that tea and pseudo-teas combined still hold a commanding lead.

Well I'm not from any country related to happy_terd's question, but I think besides age, maybe the region also affects people's taste. I'm living in the Northern part of the country, my host prefers brewed tea and there are many tea-stands (like newspaper stands) everywhere. But back to the Southern part, people seem to love coffee, so there are many coffee shops everywhere

I like just one kind of coffee: mocha latte. To me, tea tastes okay, and I prefer tea with milk.

(That is to say, I like every beverage that is made with milk, or cream, or cocoa powder, or chocolate syrup, or all of them )
