I also got an Kobo Wifi n647 updated, it work 1 day... and after all... "no book found" on the device... the Kobo app on my pc doesn't recognize it any more... Same thing with Adobe and Calibre

But in File Explorer, the Kobo eReader still there... I can put and remove file on it.. but device don't see them...

And It seem that every file that were on my Kobo are disappeared...

Do I need a SD img file to downgrade it ? How does it work ?

Since 15 days Kobo Customer Care Service saying me that in 24-48h technical service will contact me... they never did..

The symptoms match a common problem with the last update. The only solution that has been found is to restore an image to the internal card. But, some people have managed to get Kobo replace the device. That isn't as common now, but someone did report they had recently and I think they offered the contact logs for anyone who wanted to try.

Unfortunately my kobo still does not work. The model is "KOBO eReader" N647B, but not "aura", may be it is the reason.
Reader reacts to on/off, reset switch, but nothing happens on the screen.

Sorry, it looks like I sent the wrong image. I have sent you a new PM with the correct link.

For anyone requesting an image, the PM I send is a cut and paste from a long list. Occasionally, I make a mistake and select the wrong one. The PM will always have the name of the device in the link is for in the text. And the file when downloaded will also include the name of the device. If either do not match the device you have, don't use it. Send a reply telling me about the error and I will send the correct link.

I need SD card image for my Kobo N647 recent software 1.9.12 (10/16/14) because file system corrupted. "No books found" error in the Display. I tried factory reset several times, no help.
Please help restore my Kobo N647 wifi.
