Okay all done with the exception of one which I am waiting for Kindle support to send me the updated version it's the one with the puppy on it.

So here's are my Christmas Reads for the year. Many to choose from! Which ones will get pick? Which ones will be DNFs and which one will be moved to next year or the next? It's soooo exciting!

My mom is up here for a few weeks and I haven't had much time for reading.
I am about 2/3rds into Cover of Darkness by Kaylea Cross. I like it a lot although it is light on the romance, more suspense. I prefer more balance.

I just cannot read anything by Janey Dailey since she plagiarized Nora Roberts and gave a lame, non-apology for it.

Here are my unread Christmas books. Some are part of a series so I probably won't get to those (since I need to read the books that come before them in the series ). But I plan to knock out most of the novellas at least next month.

Yes I know but I really like her writing so I overlook it seeing it was quite a very long time ago.

I have a few novellas but most are Harlequins.

Thank You! I read the Warrior trilogy in 2004 and I gave this one 5 stars at that time. Number 3 "Lady of Valor" was just as great. Enjoy. One of these days I'll read it again.

The Midnight Breed series is awesome! I have loved every one so much creativity and the world building is amazing. The muti book plot is so well done and yet each book equally focuses on a couple. It's one of the top series I've read.

I'm digging out from under a mountain of boxes, but we have internet so life is good! Here's my day-late confessions... it's looking a lot like Christmas!

And I surprisingly manged to get some reading done this week too - all Christmas stories. 5 stars for Sleigh Bells in the Snow by Sarah Morgan... will be interesting to see what season the sequel is set in as it comes out next summer (so far away!)

I just found out that Carly Phillips has gone indie. Her new book Dare to Love is $2.99 She decided to self publish partly because of how her publisher was pricing her ebooks according to an interview with Sarah Wendell on the DBSA podcast.

The book is only 200 pages. So it looks more like a small Harlequin size to me. So you have to decide if the price is worth it.

There's always a catch isn't there? At least it's priced the same as Penguin had her novellas which were less than 100 pgs. If you use one of the Kobo codes floating around I suppose it would be worth it.
