If you've never read her poetry, you're in for a treat. Very wry, sharply observed poems - many illustrated with line drawings by Smith. Reminds me very much of Margaret Atwood's poetry.

A hint would be the Writer even though they label the book Non-Fiction definitely stretched a few things, and is quite famous for it.

I'll come back after a few posts to see if any has got it yet.
