IT Will be sorted .....BUT .... New Reader would have been here in 48 hours if they had done it in the order they PROMISED .....

AND ..... The Post Office are still DELIVERING the returned Reader according to thier Tracking facility ..... EVEN Though the Retailers WH Smith Online emailed me 2 hours ago to say they had recieved the Reader .... plus I'm sure they didn't email the second it got there! ......
