Yeah, I just checked and the card was approved and the order is being processed. The only stumbling block I ran into was that there was no option for me to enter the state I live in. Perhaps the zip code is enough for them. Nevertheless I sent them an email with my full address and my order number.

I am in the U.S. and also received my invite e-mail about four hours ago (2:12 AM central time).

Having waited this long, I think I am going to wait until some people start receiving theirs and report on functionality before ordering mine, even if it adds another couple of weeks to the process.
