The 388g must have been for the original version, with a smaller battery. I have updated the wiki table to 435g.

edit: now i changed my mind and im going probably for the iliad, because of size and weight

yea i know im a bit crazy, but the thing is, that there are not really many videos out there to get an impression how big this device is
and the main reason for getting an ebook reader in europe is the mobility since the law that prices of normal books have to be the same as ebooks

so i just saw the amazon kindle DX and thought hey its about same size and weight, so i just searched for videos of the KDX and now i have pretty impressions how the DR would handle

so if anybody outside there, has the same issue about the size chosing between iliad or DR, just watch videos about the KDX

now i will get the DR

Floeee, you might take a look at the youtube video I mentioned at:

It shows both the iLiad and DR in action. Note that the DR has had a couple of firmware updates since we made the video, but it's still a good size comparison.
