I agree - their notice is large (and an ugly pink), but it's doesn't really interfere with the order process. Sometimes they have added a format (I also prefer mobi) after I put a book into the cart and before I finalize the order (this has happened several times on their 100% rebate books, as ereader may be the only format at first, but others are available by Sunday when I finally hit the order button).

The process at BoB is, however, extremely annoying, made even more so by the screen redrawing after the first button, then again after applying rewards dollars (and with a box to click after each redraw, and a final button to to actually place the order .. and even more after that if you pay with "real" money).
