Newer TVs are so light and with standardized mounting hardware, I would think it would be fairly simple to make a mount/adapter; just a matter of wanting to do it.

The wall mount for my 65" TV allows it to be mounted in portrait but it needs a fair amount of work to rotate, not just a matter of turning the TV like my old Samsung monitors.

That may be what Jon is looking for, a quick switch between portrait and landscape.
