I was surprised how little info they collected this time. From what I recall: marital status/genders, gender, DOB, race, ethnicity (for each member of the household).

I'm sure there's be no problem with the Royal Mail or the other delivery services. I would expect that some will do better than normal.

Regarding the TP thing, it seems to me that stores are getting shipments of it, they're just selling out quickly. I lucked out by happening to be at work shopping a week ago Sunday shortly after they put some out.

And I should be good to go for at least 6 months.

There isn't a shortage of any of these items selling out. The panic buyers are cleaning out the stores as soon as they restock. It takes a lot of trucks to supply these stores each trailer can only hold so much. Some people seem to think that toilet paper and water are going to disappear completely. Now wouldn't that make a fine mess?

I ordered an HDMI cable that I need from Amazon yesterday and was given an estimated delivery date of April 22. This morning I received a notice that it has shipped and should be here Friday.
