Thank you very much Gertjan for the explanation, my linux experience is not that good, so I still need to learn a lot. Let me see if I can use this knowledge for the next xournal-port update.

Here is an easy FBReader file association setup package. FBReader will open FB2, Mobi, epub, rtf, chm, etc.
