As to the Oasis being ergonomically better is a matter of opinion. In my opinion, I would find the Oasis less ergonomically better than the Voyage.

Thanks, Nullnix, for that battery education! I charge my Kindle Keyboards (at least the 2 that I use regularly) every weekend, just because it's convenient to do so. Now I suspect that is why they are still on the original batteries (I bought them when they first came out). I use 3G often in one of them. I have no idea how long the batteries would last with just reading, as I never let the batteries get much below half charge. I have ordered a couple of new batteries now....
