For the PW2 and PW3 (and Voyage) with the latest firmware, the slider is now horizontal as well. I agree with it being "much fiddlier"! I find it quite a bit harder to adjust to where I want than the old vertical slider.

Agreed -- but I wouldn't give it up if it's a precondition for having the other stuff in the quick settings pane, as well. Finally a way to turn off wifi without going all the way into settings!

Yes, but they are icons. A dim bulb for - and a bright bulb for +.

LOL--I never noticed those! Much easier to use than trying to adjust the slider! Thanks for pointing those out.

And they're also tiny and not very forgiving. (You have to tap right on the icon.)
