Nah, azw3 + soft hyphens added (where you the user have total control over how often you will see hyphens, by adding them only to words longer than X letters) works just fine for me. KFX gets deleted pronto, because of no FONT_RAMP thingy.

Not that this helps those of us who read lots of periodicals. I want ixtab's hyphenation patch back!!

(I have forced Calibre to left-justify all periodicals it emails to me, to try to make the jaggedness less obvious, but this doesn't help with periodicals you buy from Amazon. It's like they're trying to make their recurring revenue stream as unattractive as possible...)

But of course, we know what they'll do. Coming soon: hyphenation for periodicals: a benefit for Prime members only!
