That's nice to hear!

I decided to see how much money that you made on an hourly basis. Very conservatively estimating (i.e., estimating higher rather than lower) that you spent 10 minutes with the whole effort, that would be $192 ($32 x 6 (the number of 10-minute increments in an hour)) an hour. I think that I could live on that. ha

I have to think that the fact that you had signed on so soon before the promotion had something to do with it. But, I could be wrong. I signed up 3 or 4 months ago; I doubt very seriously that they would have done the same for me. But, I need to keep remembering that it never hurts to ask, and all that they can do is say "no."

How did they process the credit? I got them to give me a credit for a gift of prime to my mother, and they refunded a recent purchase. It also took contacting them a second time when I didn't see any credit after a few days. I'm glad I insisted on an email saying I was due a credit - I was told they couldn't do an immediate credit. When I had problems with slow shipping credits, they gave me extra credits, again by refunding prior purchases. I thought the method of credits seemed weird.

Yes, it was because I'd signed up so recently.
