One thing I don't get. Many many people want better font control and more options for margins and line spacing. Last edited by JSWolf; 09-14-2015 at 11:19 AM. |

Now as to fitting in a pocket would have to be a big pocket. Yes, it does fit nicely in a purse. |

See all the threads on clothing to carry your ereader in. My solution is fishing guide shirts, with the ereader in a slim case carried in my right breast pocket. Military clothing also has pockets up high that are the right size. If you want to get fancy, there is a company called SCOTTeVEST that makes (well made but pricey) solutions for just about any electronic gear. |

It depends of course on how and where the pocket is

Some kinds of wardrobe have pockets that are well suited to carry a Kindle in them without the risk of getting the screen broken. Of course it all depends on where the pocket is and how big and safe the pocket is. I cannot agree with a general "pocket-phobia". ![]() |

True. An inside jacket pocket, for example, is pretty safe. The back pocket on a pair of trousers, on the other hand, is not.

Why should I buy a nice mobile device and then not utilizing that.? I always have my eReader in my jacket. And in summer sometimes in the back pockets of my trousers (just remember to not sit
![]() I am very interested, how Jon transports his reader, without loosing too much of the mobility. |

My H2O goes with my in my bag. I have a smallish leather sholder bag that I use to carry things with me that will not fit in pockets.

That is where we both have to agree to disagree. My reader along with my phone goes in the side pocket of my shorts or pants (depending on season). As stylish as it may be, but a man-purse is not part of my wardrobe. Reminds me too much of the movie Hangover.

A six inch device is not bad unless you need large fonts. With large fonts that six inch screen real estate looks very small.

Women rarely have pockets big enough for electronics. In general, this group would more easily entertain a larger eink device that will be placed in their daily bag/purse. Using a large font on any current Kindle does not render a book-like experience. This need should be met.
