The only change that I can think that could affect things is they changed the journal mode to "wal". To support that, the SQLite library needs to be 3.7 or later. Nothing in the database structures that you should be using has changed.

I've just tried the Annotation Exporter for the first time on a Kobo Aura Edition 2 and I'm getting the same startIndex error reported by David. Even though I downloaded ToxaAnnotationExporter-setup-1.1.1.msi from your website the "about" button reports it's version 1.1.0.

I see a comment about you knowing what the problem is - was there ever a fix published?
