Haven't had time to research yet, a little bit busy. Spent a little too much time last week typing up those tomes (I blame you for that )... now I have to get back to catching up on conversion work.

I should get around to looking at it eventually. Quick guess, I am thinking it might have something to do with dithering the transparency (I believe you said you did that?). Try not dithering the transparency, and see if that effects anything.

Thanks for the suggestion, but no, that wasn't it -- in fact, I just re-made one of the ornaments, just to be sure, with no dithering of any kind, and it's still doing it.

I have no idea (still).

You might try GIF. It also supports transparency but not a sophisticated.

Ironically, that's what I'd done them up as originally -- and I forget the reason why I changed them to PNG< but I do know that it was because someone here in these forums told me to (for some reason or other).

I guess I'll probably end up going back and doing that -- re-doing all my PNGs back into GIF format, which they were to begin with.

Geez, I feel like Sisyphus, rolling the boulder up the hill, only to see it roll back all the way down just as soon as I reach the top.

And I've been walking many, many miles for that stupid camel.
