The only thing wrong with my PW1 is the amount of storage. I have a Voyage on order but as delivery is the end of November I have time to think about it. Now if Apple comes up with something to tempt me on Thursday I might reconsider the Voyage and stick with the PW1!

How many eReaders do we really need to read a dozen eBooks per year? I have 2. Do I really need 3?

I pay about $ 100 per year to buy eBooks. Do I really need to pay another $ 300 (with cover) to do it?

12 ebooks a year? No, I don't see the need to buy a new ebook reader for that scenario.

I read about 150 ebooks a year; reading is the hobby I spend the majority of my time on. I want the best reading experience possible.

I must admit, the closer it's coming to shipping, the closer I'm coming to cancelling and waiting for reviews.

I cancelled yesterday. Then I reordered today and cancelled 5 minutes later. I just wanted to see the new shipping date, Nov 28.

I've read about all the great features in the Voyage and the most impressive is the new page turning setup.

Is that really worth it if one already has TWO Kindle eReaders?

Which is one of the reasons I waited to order. Mine is due to arrive ten days after the initial ship date. In the event the user reviews are disappointing, I'll still have time to cancel.

The UK doesn't launch until the 4th November, I wish we had the same date as the US

Just curious, tubemonkey...

What is the advantage for you, in a flex screen?

I read quite a few more than that, probably closer to twelve a month. Plus there's also the "Send to Kindle" web feature. I've probably got 30 or 40 "clippings" (some are close to book length) on my Kindle now.

I canceled my Voyage pre-order yesterday. I may reorder at some point but lately I've been doing most of my reading on my Fires. I did order a 6 inch Fire and have been enjoying that.

This is odd for me, because I've pre-ordered every single e-ink Kindle when it came out. Maybe I'm becoming more prudent with age, lol.

I also read more than 12 books a year.
