I know that, and I expect that I'll get some incidental scratches with use on any of my devices. But really, those scratches are the least of the concerns my Kobo has at this point.

I think I need some help here...

Does anyone have experience with returning items directly to Kobo? I received a surprise replacement Aura yesterday (to go with my surprise U2 album!!!!), but I have no order number with it, no directions, no return instructions, no paperwork of any kind...It was just a box in a non-padded mailer with an address on it. I emailed them asking what I should do, but there has been no response other than them telling me they'll get back to me when they can, because they're experiencing higher-than-normal volume.

Suggestions? I would like to list the new one somewhere, but I'm not comfortable doing it until the old one is back in their hands...

But that's the problem...I got a replacement Aura, with no paperwork and no instructions on how to return my defective one. I don't know where to send it or how to identify that it's the Aura I'm returning and why. I assumed those instructions would be either emailed or included in the package...

Live chat has never worked for me. I requested a call on the website...it never came.

I also checked my card and there's no charge, so it's definitely the replacement.

I want to just slap an address on there, but with no other identifying information who knows where it will end up.
