This is rumour control. Here are the facts

15" super-ultra-HD eInk device with wireless charging, built in beverage holder. Colours to be Hot Lemon, Furious Ultramarine, Ravenous Taupe, and Ultra-hip White.

1" micro-mini eInk. Comes with magnifying glasses.

All the apps are updated to include the new BrainLoad™ functionality which downloads the book directly to your brain, you don't need to read the book as all it's knowledge is already within your Brain.

Do I need to say I'm just joking?

A reliable source just informed me today that Kobo will release a new model ebook reader for "the rest of us."

Apparently, there was an unexpected backlash to the high-quality Kobo Aura HD, released last year and targeted for the advanced reader.

"We want to reach that segment of the population that considers itself average," spokesperson Dr. Pin O. Chio said. "No one has ever addressed this segment of the population before, a segment that is increasing in size and influence."

Although the Kobo Aura HD was purchased in large quantities by dedicated readers, a sizable segment of the population ["The Rest of Us"] simply wanted a no-frills reader to take to the pool or to a neighbor's house for some uninterrupted reading.

Below is a photo representative of the "rest of us" that Dr. Pin O. Chio claims that Kobo is targeting.

Peter, I like that!

I'll have to buy one of those.

It looks like there's over 30 to choose from.

Way more than 30! Actually 146 units made up of 350 prefabricated boxes. Just search for Habitat 67 in Montreal. This was a housing complex built as a portion of Expo 67.

Incredible!

I would never have thought there were that many units.

Wow, that was a bit harsh!

May I suggest a sit down with a nice cuppa and chocolate biscuit? It's really not worth the blood pressure Cyphox. After all, you don't have to read the posts from a user you've taken umbrage with and to be honest, I don't really want to read your angry ones. Life is far too short for all that
