Yes, I am aware that if you have collections, which on Amazon's jargon is like a container of books, they will be sync across your devices, but you can delete those from your device and won't appear again. At least, I did that on my PW2. And I may be wrong, but I have not seen those again on the same device. So I don't understand what the issue is. Now, I think that if you have more titles than what PW can handle (I have not seen that case before myself) you may be better using a different reader, but in my opinion, Kindle's software and hardware are more stable than Glo. The issue with PW1 and some PW2 is that some users have reported lower than expected contrast on some units, but that's different than an actual broken screen or a dead ereader, which I consider a hardware issue. But yes, those issues are real. The thing is that, as long as you live in USA, it is easy to call Amazon and get an exchange. Or if you buy one from Best Buy, just visit the same store and get a new unit. I'm afraid that's not so easy with the Glo. Anyway, if the Glo works for you, that's what really matters! ![]() Last edited by jocampo; 12-10-2013 at 09:45 AM. |
