I have absolutely spent less on books since getting a Kindle compared to my DTB buying habits previously. I sometimes go out of my way to SPEND money on some favored authors out of guilt. |

That reminds me, Amazon doesn't tell you that you should be able to read to derive the maximum benefit out of e-books. At least the frozen pizza manufacturers do directions the right way: every brand I have checked helpfully informs you that you should remove the pizza from the box and plastic wrap before placing it in the oven. |

I remember a warning label that said "Warning! May contain nuts."
... it was a jar of peanuts. |

I have to say, I've had few problems with Amazon and enjoy their apps for PC and Android. I actually like Amazon MP3 and cloud player better than iTunes.

I have 20,000 e-books from Project Gutenberg stored on my computer. That ought to be enough to ensure that I have adequate reading material in the afterlife.

And if you store it in the cloud you will be able to have access to if because the afterlife has excellent wifi coverage.

Why not get the Kindle Fire? That way, you will have books whether you're floating in the clouds or whether you're simmering in a pool of brimstone. Covers all the bases.

Some of my favorite authors are dead. Eddings, Carvic, Butler. If they're still writing the afterlife might not be so bad. If they aren't then it's not heaven.
