I absolutely love it. So glad I got it. Compared to my mum's Kobo, the features on the T1 are way better. The only thing I like about the Kobo, is I think the contrast might be slightly better on the screen. Though, am not sure. Still, not an issue cuz they seem pretty much identical. So glad I got it.

Just got off from speaking to Sony Reader support. They looked at my account, and they have no record of my billing information being on there, even though it is. I can see it on my account. I just can't remove. Even they're confused, lol.
