The Halliday set is 99 cents directly via Smashwords, which is where they're all being price-matched from. The author also gets something like 70-80% royalties from a sale at Smashwords, vs around maybe 30% from a sale at that price point elsewhere.

Free: The Ghost and Jacob Moorhead by Jeanne Savery, a regency romance from Ellora's Cave, available for free at a number of retailers including ARe and B&N, but not (yet) at Amazon US DE. I have read some of Savery's non-ghost regencies and enjoyed them.

All in all, a happy outcome for Verity and Jacob, the most fervent wish of the ghostly earl, is not something that can be presumed.

I just joined it since one of the selections for this month is on my wish list (Grace Burrowes). 6 books @ $1.67 each is not a bad deal. Hopefully the featured selections for the coming months will be equally as good.

My selection was available as pdf, epub and mobi for you Kindle users that don't want to convert. They're also supposed to be DRM-Free.

On the negative side, I've already got a ticket with Tech Support because it won't let me download my book.

Maybe they aren't allowing downloads yet, since the official launch is tomorrow?

The press release says that the Grace Burrowes book you chose is being released one month early for members, that's a cool perk.

I've poking around the site a bit and noticed that the books Sourcebooks has been offering on sale ($0.99 - $2.99) are getting the additional 40% discount under the new program ($0.59 - $1.79).
