Assuming you're talking about Ruins of Camelot, it's available in ePUB for $2.99 at lulu.com as is his previous novel, The Riverhouse for $1.99 at lulu.com.

Thanks for the info. I was just going by what what Lippert had posted on his site. There it just says "coming soon" for epub.
