Which update is attached to the link? The url appears the same as the golden update but the file size is 142 Meg.

These are the regular updates released in December for the EE (I think Dingo-1.11) and January for the PE (Dingo-1.12). If you did a factory reset, these should bring you up to the latest Dingo versions on both devices.

The "golden" updates, listed elsewhere, do a complete wipe & reformat of the device, which means you lose all your data. This, too, would put you at the latest Dingo versions (they weigh in at about 210 Mb).

Exclamation Well, it continues to get worse!

Today, the Community page on the www.entourageedge.com was changed to redirect to the Forums directly.

The Community Blogs are now gone. These used to display the Twitter feed, latest Facebook entries (although I think those were dropped already a few weeks back), and things like Press Releases.

The Press Releases link still remains under About Us, but clicking it takes you to essentially a blank page, as do most of the "About Us" links.

Death by a thousand slow cuts.

Get prepared for www.entourageedge.com to get replaced by a "Under Construction" page at any time, folks!

I always thought that nav was oddly linked and that it should have gone there anyway, but this is indeed another sad development.

Wow!!! I disappear for a few days!!!! ....and look what's happening! I wanted to get a spare battery so I hope 'zem' is on the level with his comment. Guess I'll have to wait for Monday. I just googled 'Entourage Edge battery' and one of the links took me to the Entourage store page even though there is no navigation tab on the site. Don't know if it means anything. Unfortunately, it said they are out of stock.

That's too bad. Feeling skittish after the weird series of events (and non-events), I ordered an extra battery earlier this week (I forget the exact day). It has shipped and is on its way.

I use one of the EverReady Power to go solutions. The XPal 8000. It will do if spare batteries become an endangered species.

Also check the various retailers on the Devices page, including journeyed.com. Some of these may still have stock.

Available online and in various retail outlets like Staples Wal Mart etc. You will, however, need to order the tip from the Free tips for life site. http://www.xpalpower.com/us/modules/freetips/
Shipping charge is around $5.00
