I have always read but never constantly but since I first got a 600 and now a 650 I have read a lot more books. TV has gone out the window. I love my reader and take it with me most places I go.
On the case issue I have a Sony case with a light and I dont find it a problem. I bend it back and read it like a paperback with my left thumb resting against the page turn button.

Just a quick report while my bf is taking a shower - I LOVE IT!!!

I hardly have any time for reading, but I managed to read one book and I am working on my second one right now. I am impressed with it and I am still looking for a cover. I plan to carry it around with me basically everywhere and I am scared of damaging the screen.

I found the original Sony cover for 650 and .... it didn't fit
It was too big!

So, the search continues.

He's out of the shower. More in a week.

I'm glad that you love it! I hope you find a cover, soon. The Sony cover that you found might have been for the older model, the 600, if it is too big.
