My Kobo Clara HD (model N249) suddenly froze and is no longer booting. I’m looking for the Kobo Clara HD (N249) image, so I can reflash it and restore the device.

Great to hear both of you revived your Kobos!

As for why I do this? When I first joined MobileRead, I got quite a bit of help from various forum members. I see what I am doing as a way for paying forward that help. Hopefully, some of those I have helped will be able to help others whether here or elsewhere.

Hey guys! Happy to finally found this forum. My SD card in my Kobo Clara HD is dead and I do not have a backup for it. Would it be possible DM the instruction on how to get one?

Image request for a Kobo N418 Libra 2
Hi, I just ran into the issues with a white screen and blinking power light that seems fairly common, would I be able to get an image?

I'm not sure of the exact hardware revision I have for the Libra 2, but I see the battery has "N418" and "K28" on it, and was manufactured in March of 2022.

The image can't do anything for hardware issues so you are probably out of luck.

I replaced the SD card and installed the image for my Kobo Nia. It all went well, and the e-reader is now working again.
