Didn't you just request an image file for a Kobo N204B Aura HD?

Sorry but the Vox is an Android tablet and I do not have the firmware for it.

Kobo clara HD img
Hi, my Kobo Clara HD (N249) got stuck during an official firmware update and now it only shows "Updating" and won't boot.

I already tried all resets and it is soft-bricked.

Does anyone have a full microSD image (.img) backup for the Kobo Clara HD that I could flash to recover it?
