I did the test again and changed one answer. Instead of my original answer of "Excellent" to the question of my current health, this time I answered, "Good." This time I got an Ubble age this time around of 67. I gained a year of age. But I also misunderstood what the number implies, because I didn't read through all the results. It means that my chances of dying within the next five years is the same as a person who is 67, or 9.1%. At least, that would be my chances if I were British.

Years of smoking and the skull fractures I received last year played havoc with the test results. If I had never smoked and never tripped over that blasted speed bump last year my Ubble age would be 58 years and my five-year risk of dying would be 4.1%.

Yes, I was reasonably pleased (of course, it's drivel, but hey, it's fun), my ubble age is 48-52 years and my risk is 1.4%.

I was surprised it didn't ask about alcohol consumption, drugs, or exercise. Weird.

I recently thought about the word "yesterday" and how it seems a bit orphaned. You hear of "yesterday" and "yesteryear" but never the following: yesternight, yestermonth, yesterweek, and yesterdecade (among other possibilities). It seems like they would be handy terms to use in some cases (rather than "last week" as an example).

When I'd first heard about "Jurrasic Park" I was wondering if I'd seen a similar movie and then it hit me: Westworld (basically replace the dinosaurs with robots).

Unrelated topic: Have we returned to a world where the single song rules once again? Going back before the existence of recorded music, people bought music by the song, rather than as an album (meaning a collection of songs). Even in the early days of recorded music the single still ruled due to the limitations of the medium (a 78RPM record and a 45RPM record had enough time for one song on each side). Although the introduction of the LP (12" 33 1/3 RPM record) allowed the album to be king (which continued with the Compact Disc), with the advent of downloadable music we are back to people being about to buy single songs once again. You no longer have to buy an entire album to get one song.

That depends. Some songs are only purchasable if you buy the whole album.
