Hello david, my aura h2o ed 1 got stuck on connect device screen for a while now. Im reading that I may need to replace the internal sd card. May I request a copy of the image file please?

I am assuming you have tried a manual factory reset using the last set of instructions on https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Kobo_Reset:_Aura_H2O.

My device is kobo n514. I tried the kobo HD image file you sent to me but it didn't work. I searched the forum again and heard someone had success with the kobo h20 image file. Can you send it to me?

And no, the Aura HD image will not work with the Aura. But, the Aura H2O apparently can when booting from the SD card.

My Kobo Aura H2O (model N250) does not seem to work anymore and I suspect the internal SDCard. When I turn it on, it display only a blank screen. Hard reset with power button or paperclip didn't help.
Could you please help me to get an image of the internal SDCard?

Been battling what I thought was a dead screen but managed to open up the unit to see the card and clear the "sleeping" image but it still won't do anything when powered on. Would appreciate the link to see if I can get a new card to work.
