It is wet, wet and also wet. Apparently there was a storm last night in the whole country (according to the news...) But not with us!

Turns out there was a nice storm passing over, and from the looks of it, it was turning around us (so we were in the "eye", so to speak!)

The first is infrared, the second is a cumulative rain image (and we live near the small square all the way up north...)

We decided to redo our kitchen in the summer, so we could use the BBQ a lot. Since we've demolished it, we've had only rain... Last wednesday the plaster was put on, and there are still droplets coming from it...

VERY hot (99 F) today. Many folk on edge waiting to see where Hurricane Earl decides to go. Could ruin a lot of Labor Day holiday plans on the east coast. Or move the Outer Banks (again).
