Far as I know, she is not even human. So no, she can't be a wizard. To me I don't consider Ivy as being The Archive. If you need the Archive, you don't need Ivy - it just happens to be that at the moment she is the one having access to it.

I didn't create the graphic, just posted it here. For what it's worth, I agree! That's actually actress Elle Fanning and the picture in the woods is of her playing Princess Aurora (sleeping beauty) in 'Maleficent'.
