Hi !
I would like the firmware image for my Kobo N514 Aura and my Kobo N204B Aura HD.
They both my started to bug after updating.
They get stuck on a blank screen with the power light blinking for a bit then start to restore and then start over in a loop.

Hello! I am in need of a Kobo Clara 2E image.

My Kobo was in a boot loop so I removed the SD card and attempted to copy it using USB Duplicator Image Creator, but Windows is now having a hard time recognising the disk at all, Explorer is becoming unresponsive etc. - I'm guessing this is pointing to the SD card failing to the point where it's beyond recovery :-(

I'm looking for a SD card image for my Kobo N249 Clara HD (I don't know if its rev B or not, so maybe I'll try both).
I'm not sure wether my SD card is still working as when I tried the factory reset, it blocked on the 4th square (4th step out of 5).

Good morning,
My Kobo Clara HD crashed during an update. I checked the micro SD card and found a series of errors; I'm afraid it's broken. I managed to create an image, but when I copied it to another card, it didn't work, as I feared. While googling, I found your forum and hope you can provide me with an image.
I saw that there are two versions of the Kobo Clara HD. I haven't been able to determine which one I have. Since I purchased it in November 2018, I'm leaning toward the Kobo N249 Clara HD.
If you could provide it to me, I'd be infinitely grateful.

Can I have the image for these:
Kobo N249 Clara HD
Kobo N249 Clara HD Rev B

I'm not sure which is mine.

Sorry but the Arc series were Android tablets and I do not have an image for one.
