On my visits to Singapore I usually get both couponableness (there's a word ) and the paypal option. It's a bit flaky - usually the paypal is there, but very occasionally I have to log out and log in again, or switch browsers. I haven't taken the time to really figure out the exact parameters, but if paypal is not there at first, logout/login almost always does the trick for me. YMMV...

each time I use my Kobo Mini or even read a Kobo book on my PC or tablet it is now taking a long time to load dictionaries. I have waited as much as 10 minutes to be able to get to my library to read a book. This has only been since the last update that Kobo loaded. Does anyone know why this is happening and is there a way to make it stop?
