That's good to hear, thanks. Good to hear you're happy with the case. I've never owned an Oberon case myself - they seem too big and bulky. For me, one of the attractions of the Voyage is its small size and light weight, which the Origami case I use doesn't change too much.

Yes - it is a little bulkier than some people would like but I feel confidant in how it is protecting the reader when carrying it around. |

My brown leather origami case landed today. I'm quite pleased with it. It adds a little more weight than I expected, but it looks great and it's quite comfortable to use. The voyage doesn't 'clip' into the case as I expected. Seems it's held by magnets. The auto on/off when the case is opened/closed works well.
Overall, it was an expensive purchase, with exchange rate and extra freight charges, but I'm really happy with it. Recommended. |

Book Style third party Origami Cover
Does anyone have experience with this cover? It looks nice, and it does seem to satisfy my requirements: - Book style (not 'over the top') - Clean, flat back (no weird angles) - No metal parts - No closing tab - No protrusions - Goes all the way round the corners (so they don't cut into the palm of your hand) I don't really need the origami functionality. I'd actually rather not have it, because I think it makes the cover floppy... but this is the only Voyager cover I've found that fits ALL of my requirements. Maybe I'm going to upgrade from my KPW1 yet... |

My perfect case for my Voyage would be a Paperwhite case sized to fit the Voyage with a magnetic back like the Origami to hold the Voyage.
I bought an Origami case when I bought the Voyage and the only thing I like about it is the magnetic back. So, I bought a Moko cover. The design did not allow for the amber/green charging light to be seen. I had to whittle on the case and cut away part of the plastic. Then I discovered that once your Voyage was in I couldn't get it out. I ended up using a lever to pry it out and scuffed up the back. It went into the trash. I bought another book-style case. It holds the Voyage securely and would be fine except when you open the case all the way with the front cover tucked around the back it shuts off the Kindle. To read while I'm eating breakfast I open the Kindle all the way and prop it on a rolled up dishtowel. And, it turns itself off. The company is sending me another from Europe and I'll see if that works. My only raging at Amazon came when I sent them feedback on the Origami cover and told them my dream of an actual Amazon cover for the Voyage like the Paperwhite cover and my response was a link to the page selling Origami covers. I am restricted by living in Mexcio. Most of the covers aren't availabel at Amazon.com.mx and won't be shipped here by Amazon.com. |

I bought an ACcase book style cover with the fake leather. It's a nice case I like alot. I'd love to have a Oberon case someday, but can't justify the cost.

I now have a cover such as this one (but in black) for my KPW1. I've been using this cover for two years now (my KPW1 is just over 2,5 years old), and I like it a lot. Does something like this exist for the Voyage, with only a cutout for the light sensor? And, if it does, do the page turn sensors work through the cover? (Which would mean: do they react to pressure, or to touch?) If you know of a case that satisfies my requirements, I'd be glad if you point it out to me.... I have bought and given away/thrown away five or six cases for my current KPW1, and I don't want to go through that again should I decide to upgrade. Quote:

It looks OK; it seems to be the non-Origami version of the case I posted. Actually, I always find the same 3-4 cases, but by different brands. |

I have this case in quite a few colours, but it doesn't enclose all the kindle just the sides and the corners. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ultra-Slim-B...item35ebd9e203 |
