PM sent. As to the card size, you can definitely go larger. People have used 32GB cards in some of the Kobo devices, but I don't know if they are compatible with the N905B Touch hardware. If you have one, it will only cost you the time to test.

Attempting to fix a N905B
I've inherited a Touch N905B and it is stuck in an endless loop of Factory reset that I can't break out of. Would it be possible to get the SD image so that I can write that to a new SD card to see if that will fix the device.
