Dog Bisquit? At least that is what it is called in Norway (Hundekjeks)
Latin name: Anthriscus sylvestris

And on the 'net I found the following English names:
Cow Parsley, Beaked Parsley, Wild Beaked Parsely, Wild Parsley, Wild Chervil, Woodland Chervil, Queen Anne's Lace, Keck.

I wish he was right. My two minutes response time woul'd/is the quickest so far in the thread.

For your flower, Cyclops, if it's "close" to buttercup, is it the "other one", the Globe-flower? Though it does not sound edible to me?

No, its name suggests it can be used in a salad.
