Yes, that's correct.
But really rebooted, no one has checked before you, apparently. Since the meaning of adding it to NickelMenu is small, the same 2 clicks in the More menu.

Yup, that's a crash :}.

On the off-chance it matters, although if you've tried to add this I assume the answer is "yes": is Dropbox actually set up properly on your Forma?

Yes. As you know, it is preinstalled in Forma. I can open it in "More" menu with no pain. I've also logged in to my Dropbox account to load my books.

Remove this line from the config. It doesn't work in firmware 4.26.16704. I didn't check any other firmware.

Cannot Uninstall NM (vers 0.5.2) on new Libra, even after factory reset. Cannot see any files relating to NM and recieve following error: Config Error:could not scan config dir:No such file or directory (check failed:n=1)(src/config.c:923)
All I see is the NickelMenu icon on the lower right (latest Kobo firmware 4.26.16704)

How to remove NM? And where would be files be stored on Libra?

From the nickel menu faq

So when you're Kobo is connected to your PC, if there is no .adds/nm directory, create one and then create a file called uninstall (note that it has no extension) in the .adds/nm directory. Then reboot and all should be gone.

Would it be possible to have NickelMenu handle profiles to let us select different profiles? That would be font, line-height, margins, and font size.
