Hi, I just received a link to the image for the Kobo Clara HD N249, but I get a message that the link has expired, the file has been removed, or I don't have access to the file.
Any idea what went wrong?

Hello, my Kobo Clara N249 has broken down and won't turn on. I've tried resetting it, but it's not working. It seems the software is corrupted, and I want to try installing a new SD card. Is there any way to get an SD card image for this device?

I would like the firmware image for a Kobo N418 (Libra 2). I understand there are several models but I do not know how to identify mine, can you assist me? I have a picture of the internal hardware if it helps.
