Oh, I'd love a nice Tim's coffee right now. My favourite "special treat" coffee is English Coffee from TH. Not all of them carry it, though.

Twinnings makes me cringe a lot less then Celestial Seasoning (shivers).

Might I suggest that you try some Twinnings loose leaf, probably available at your local grocery store. I think you will be surprised by how much better that tastes. Then try some Earl Grey loose leaf from a slightly better tea company, we can give you suggestions, you will probably be blown away.

I like the Twinnings loose leaf, in general I like loose leaf teas. They are hard to find here, though.

Can you order online? I order from Teavana and TeaGschwendner pretty reguarly. I know that TG is based in Germany and sells across Europe. Teavana ships to Mexico so they might ship other places as well.

I fixed myself a little bento style lunch today with brown rice, some steamed yellow squash and asparagus, some grape tomatoes, and a little slice of chicken. I found some perfect little 360 ml Lock & Lock containers at the korean market, divided into 2 sections inside. They are a great size!

I had a cup of Rooibos Honey Lemon with my lunch, btw.

I am onto my first pot of Jamine Dragon PEarls and Rooibos Tropica blend. Yummy.

I have reacently discovered LEan Cuisine Market Creations. They are actually really good and not that bad calorie wise. Toss in a bag of steamed veggies and I had a yummy meal for under 400 calories.

Which allows me to ahve three chocolate truffles as a dessert.

To day it has been a coffee day. Mostly Nespresso's. I have a nice cup of it right now in front of me. Deca. Warm, deep, comfort. I had Yellow Pea Soup a la Quebecquoise. Home made by the undersigned with slow cooker, plenty of carrots, celery and onions, no ham. For Wife I concocted a pizza with one of those Oktober fest beers that I bought for us and that she is the only one that drinks now. Little Daughter that woke up when I was serving coffee and Lemoncello to her mother, got a fried egg with a Deca Coke, myself cool clean water and the knowledge of being on the right track. As a prize for losing weight, not smoking, not drinking, I will ... Ah, day dreaming ...
