I judge the amount of tea by the size of the leaf. If it's a tiny, almost powdered tea I use much less than if it's a larger, almost leaf-like size. The difference can by as much as 1/2 tea spoon compared with 1 tablespoon!

Now drinking one tablespoon of Keemun and loving it!
