I have a lot of nostalgia for this trilogy. I tried rereading it about a decade ago and couldn't get through the first book. But I have been mulling a reread.

I've got three of them, grabbed when they go on sale, but I'm worried i'll have the same reaction. I played D&D as a teen and I really liked these books but I'm worried that I won't have the same reaction as a (much older) adult.

I was happy to pick up Dragons of Winter Night. I picked up Dragons of Autumn Twilight on a similar sale a while back. Even better, the book qualified for Kobo's VIP discount.

If you subscribe to Kobo Plus, it's included. It was also on sale in July/August 2019 which is when I picked it up. It was cheaper to buy the 4 book package than the single book of The Death of Nnanji.
