Could I please get the image for the Kobo N249 Clara HD? (Not sure if it’s Rev B or not)

I also want to publicly thank you, David, for your invaluable work. Thanks to you*, I’ve been able to revive two Kobos for relatives. This brings me to:

1. What’s the preferred way to contribute or give back? I’ve submitted an image already, but I’d be happy to help further.

2. (Echoing genoegspullen’s request) Would it be possible to get a full list of images? I really hate seeing older devices turn into e-waste, and I’d love to explore repurposing used Kobos for personal projects (postmarketOS, dashboards, etc.) without bothering you with each new model.

I would like to request the firmware µSD card image for my Kobo Clara HD (model N249).

The original internal microSD card became corrupted, and I’m replacing it with a new 128 GB card. I need the official system image to restore the device.

I've never seen that but with the hardware variations, it could be possible. Do you see the Bluetooth connection entry under More => Settings? If you turn it on, does the Scanning spinner come up? And does it find anything that is nearby in pairing mode?
