Thank you all my friends. We are doing a good job. That is what I got yesterday:

Everything looks good. Next week he'll take out the stitches and put me in a cast (non-walking). And boy did they do a lot of cutting!

It looks like a very good start. and I am really happy.

I just got this and is my pleasure to post it. We have been doing a great job!

You can thank everyone for the thoughts and prayers. I am feeling much better. No pain anyway.

Tomorrow I get the stitches taken out and a real cast put on. That'll be on for 4 weeks with NO walking allowed. After that I can ware a strap on boot that keeps my ankle from flexing.

By then you should be able to smell me way over there. All of the mice and bugs have already left for cleaner areas.

But all in all I feel fine now. I just can't walk.
