@Milto75: You need to enable Private Messaging. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added somehow. You can try posting in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319819 to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

Hi David,

It seems that I have bricked my kobo too... Would it be possible to obtain the SD image ? I'll try to reflash that SD, although i am thinking that the SD may have problems as i am not able to manually restore it...

I'm in a spot of bother. Any chance someone can send me to a link for this SSD IMG? Either that or I think my SSD may have permission issues. If anyone knows what permissions the original SSD should have I could fix the problem (I think).

If you are having problems, start a thread and describe the problems. Then we can help. But, a vague comment about permissions isn't going to get anything useful. I mean what permissions? When connect to the PC? Or while the device is running?
